Maximizing Productivity: What’s It All About?

Paul Meyer states that “productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning and focused effort”. How do you gauge productivity? Is it really doing more with less? Take a look at the following short list of ways to increase/maximize productivity. Which 2-3 do you consider to be most useful? What would you add to the list?
