Program Overview: Change is the constant pressure organizations face. We provide qualified and certified Organizational Development/ Organizational Change Management (OD/OCM) consultants and executive coaches to develop, conduct and facilitate customized solutions – including providing any necessary training pertinent to or associated with these solutions. Our support includes collaborating with the Office of Human Capital:
- Maintaining an open and collaborative work environment while still making timely decisions
- Providing organizational move-forward strategies based on annual FEVS
- Developing standard OD/OCM processes for organizational implementation
- Maintaining, creating & sustaining a diverse, inclusive and professional high performing work force and work environment which produces strategically aligned outcomes
- Enhancing communications, interpersonal skills and cognitive self-awareness to improve behaviors and performance which supports the NRC values
- Enhancing individual, team and organizational performance
- Providing Executive level coaching based on OPM 3600 and annual Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS)

- Providing services to support organizational restructuring
- Organizational approach which helps to solve conflicts between different organizational established values
- Supporting those who are preparing for increased responsibilities
- Enabling the members of the NRC to identify, meet and overcome the challenges they face
