Dr. Stephanie Parson, a highly sought after keynote speaker, and the force behind CGINTL since its inception in 2003, is known for her dedication to empowering young, Black, business-minded entrepreneurs. Her background includes Vice President at Walt Disney World, Vice President and Chief Information Officer for one of the world’s oldest continuously operating engineering firms, the Technology Infrastructure Director for Seagram Spirits and Wine Group with responsibilities spanning across Tropicana, Universal Studios, and Seagram’s Chateau and Estates Wine Company and military veteran, having served as a decorated officer in the United States Air Force (USAF).
Dr. Parson envisions her organization as a beacon for Linking Leaders to Business ResultsTM through Information Technology Support Services, Mission support Services and Organizational Development & Organizational Change Management Services. She has a passion for shedding light to help dissipate financial disparities among Women, Military Veterans, and Black business owners and provide actionable strategies for keeping the Black dollar inside the Black community long enough to help millions of well-deserving people thrive economically.
